Alrights fella's,

My corsa B arches catch on the back, but i think the arch itself actually clears the tyre - its the bolts that are doing the scraping. I understand that there are 4 bolts on a rear arch; one at either side and two along the top ?

My question is, if I remove the 2 at the top, will i need to glue the top part of the arch to the bodywork or will it be okay with the two bolts either side of the arch? I obviously don't want the arch flapping at the top!

Cheers,

its may warp after time and protude from the bodywork leaving an unslightly gap, best to stick it down with some "Tigerseal".

remove the top most bolts and bond the arches using tigerseal.

this may not be enough though depending of your suspension and wheel offset.

You might also want to consider takin a couple of inches of metal off the arch with a grinder, while the arch trim is off!

Extra clearance

Cheers for the info lads. what I've done is just hacksawed the end of the screws off as they were protruding quite a fair bit. At the moment, this seems to have solved the problem!

Thanks again.
