This is the cheapest place iv found to get neon cold cathodes.

multi color ones about the same
There mean for computers but you get two, and inverter cables etc all you need to do is cut the ends off the 4 pin molex plug and wire it to your 12v power source.

i have an inverter box fitted to my car with a tri-colour cathode.....its a fucken weapon.well better than neons
