would passenger in the back not be fecked to sit in their! cant be that good if in a crash and sittin in the back

Its not ideal. Take it there 3pointers? You can just share the same point as the rear seatbelt buckles but as I say if anyones in the back the belt cuts across them at an angle and if you crashed with ppl in the back it would put a hell of a lot of force through that bolt hole...
