hey i need my car for weston wheels. problem is, my engine management light keeps goin on at low revs n car slightly judders when i accelerate. i'm sure its the EGR valve as the light was on continuosly ages ago, had vauxhall check it out, they said it was the EGR valve n then light turnt off a week later. so i'm guessing the problem is back, but this time i can feel the engine struggling, how can i block it off b4 weston wheels?

get a piece of metal, cut it to fit the recess on the back of the inlet manifold and use this as a spacer, then get another piece of metal and do the same but cot the holes out of it to match the ones in the inlet manifol, stick on a standard gasket and loads of gasket sealant, the egr valve will still work but wont do anything because you blocked off the hole
Also remove the secondary air pump and associated wiring and plug the hole in the manifold, job done will gain ya
