right,
had my clocks out the other day to trim the panel surrounding them, all done and went back in, the clocks all worked fine
yesterday, took the car in for the MOT and when i collected it the speedo wasnt working, and also one light ( the one behind the petrol gauge) wasnt working.
i`ve had it all out, made sure the contacts are all ok, but its still not working?
any ideas?
also, would it matter if i got a replacement set of clocks from a higher engined car, will everything still read correctly?
cheers ppl

what car? how new?
it could be a fuse or speedo sensor on the gearbox
or if its cable the cable or speedo gear has gone

just been out there, and hey are fitted tight.
the only fuse that had blown was number 18 on the vauxhall chart printed on the cover, i replaced it and as soon as i turned the ignition on it went!
the only elec work i`ve done recently was to wire up a new horn, could that have done it?
