For satnav im using the TomTom3 package on my XDA, not quite the same thing but i would imagine a headunit with sat nav and motorosised would be ££,,

there are loads of units out there that do this, cheapest is about £1100 tho

alpine and pioneer all do systems that will offer sat nav and dvd/audio playing

Thats £1400.
And no, you dont pay a subscription fee. It comes with the navigation software preloaded and it just uses GPS systems.

the one above is the Axic-x1
nice deck, one of the best features is that once you have loaded your desination into the unit, u can remove the navi disc, then put in a music cd or dvd
if you stray more than 10miles of the set course tho, the unit will ask for the navidisc again to recalibrate
