For the last couple of days my car has been missing. Its only when it has been standing over night or for a fair feew hours. Its when i first start it up, sounds like it is only running on 3 but then clears up after a min or so then after that is fine. I can also hear running water...might have been there before but not noticed.
Has anyone else had this?

the fact thats its running on 3 in the morning should not owrry you really, on its own, most cars do this in the winter, well mine does my old engine id, myold car did...........running water could be head gasket, run a compression test see what happens!

matt take out all 4 spark plugs and compare them.
Head gasket on corsas tends to go between no 4 cylinder and the water way so you often find no 4 plug is a different colour.
Have a look and see!
