is it right that the mantzel replaces the top and bottom half of the inlet piping and the lexmaul just the top half???

if so then what is the difference in the bottom half included with the mantzel kit and the standard bottom piping???

i have just been wondering

fro x16 its just the top bit thats replaced, for c16 its the upper and lower inlet tract, hence the differences in price on their website.

its not the inlet that makes the power increase, its the distance the air travels after the Air flow meter or aor box.
the mantzel on the X16XE just replaces the top half but moves the throttle body to the left top of the engine closer to the air box, the C16XE mantzel box changes the lower inlet as well just for ease of fitment, why produce two different manzel boxes when you can swap the lower inlet on a C16XE to a X16XE one and the same box will fit both.
The lexmaul keeps the original position of the throttle body and uses a ram effect to get power gains, it essentially collects air and compresses it a tiny amount
Mantzel is the way to go the lexmaul is too restrictive

Ahh but eventually the lexmaul will become the limiting factor to your power, the TB NEED's moving eventually or ditch the lot and go for Multiple throttle bodies

The single throttle body will always be the limiting factor tho. on the manzel u will gain about 5bhp more than with the lexmaul, but the power delivery is totally different. the lexmaul gives more mid range the manzel is top end, depends on ur diriving style etc as to how youll make the most of the power available
