is the easy out tool the one with a reversed thread? if not try one of these, the situation is not ideal specially with deep recessed plug holes

ive done this before on a push rod fiesta engine not good took me an hour to drill it out.

corsas ones have compression washers against the block face though so it will take longer but it will come out

no i did it with the head on and sucked all the fillings out with a vaccum brake bleader and a flexi magnet after.

dont drill it right out just enought to break the taper then it will unwind with a stud extractor

kind off!!

The water jacket at the end of the block is very close to the cylinder no 4.
When i had my head off to do the gasket i found that spark plug to be seized in too!

I suggest not even wasting your time trying to get it out may as welll take the head off now and make sure you have it skimmed too or i guarantee it will be coming back off!
