will the these 2ltr brakes from v-tuning fit behind 14" Vauxhall Irmsher softstar wheels? i know it says 14" inch min but there dont look much room on mine

and also how hard is it to fit braided brake lines front and back?

If they are wider than 5.5" yes

If they don't fit then you may need to modify the caliper with an angle grinder. You can take a few mm off before you case any trouble as the castings for the calipers are pretty in inaccurate.
