Front tyres should be between 28 and 30 psi and the rear ones should be around 24 or 26 psi iirc

It's what ever you find most comfy or give you the drive. aorund 30 is the norm, but for motorways around 36 is better to reduce drag and wear aswell.
It's whatever you're comfy with.
I run 41 in the front and 38 in th eback on my nova on 185/60R14s, but that's more to do with side wall deformation when I flick it in to a turn.
