mine fit under my 14inch gsi alloys, tight though! not sure about steelies though!
their 256mm x 24mm with big gm 16v calipers

yes they will, I have my 14" steelies on at the mo and they clear, just.

yep as some cavs came with 14" steelies and 2.0 brakes as standard
