MTech.

Good enough for Cossvaux to copy and Regal, LMF, V-Tuning to sell.

Regal used to sell the Cossvaux kit.

You've compared two completely different products.

The MTech kit that compares to the Cossvaux one you listed needs to be for a 2.0 16v Nova.
No F28, No PAS (Nova remember).

Look at the two bits I've highlighted. The powercap/elbow is only for the 2.0 16v, not the Turbo.
The second bit shows it's for the Nova.

The kit Cossvaux list on their website does not ask what model Corsa you've got - whether it's a 12v, 16v or if it has PAS (Anything other than a 1.2 and 1.4 8v needs a different bodywork mount - so more expensive).
Also, the Cossvaux kit isn't mentioning the F28 gearbox, which the MTech kit provides the modifications for the front axle and pull braces.

Depends how far you want to take the car.
There's a few people on here doing the conversion, or the garage you use now should be able to do a good job with the conversion kit.

Dan (J100RSA) did mine.
