Over the winter been having my car washed at safeways car wash machine.
And its really fucked up my paint work!
I have standard paint and my car is black.
When you look close you can see all these tiny scratch lines all over the cra and the roof is the worst.
From far you can't see this but it aint got the obvious spark to it.
When the weather gets better i will have a full respray.
Im looking to keep the black.
Can anyone recommed a good black like saphire or whatever.
And also estimate on how much Vauxhall charge or garages

U shoudn't need a res-spray. You just need your whole car mopping. A bodyshop will charge about £100 for it and the paint will be like new after

mopping is where a machine is used to buff the paint, it smooths off and regenerates it and it looks like new, get this done before you consider getting it sprayed.
or buy a tub of g3 and do it yourself

I had mine machine polished (mopping?) last year and when I went to pick it up, I thought it had been resprayed
bear in mind though it takes a coat or two of paint off, so if you had it done too often, you'd be down to primer
guy charged me £100 for the whole car inc bumpers, roof the lot

Yeh its an abrasive polish done wit an electric polisher, you can't really do it without a polisher but you can do a fairly good job. It doesn't take 2 layers of paint off, it takes a bit off, you wouldn't get it done loads as you shouldn't have to.
Get it mopped, then wash it by hand in the future and keep it waxed.
