When drilling the standard airbox do you have to block up the red wire etc or leave them as they are? is itjust a case of drilling some holes?
Also, will i notice any noise with a standard filter/exhaust?
Thanks

remove the red wire & fit a bumg to the back of the inlet manifold where it was attached to block it
dont drill it either, just remove the baffle-plating on the left-underside of the filter box

well no...
follow the red wire round the back of the inlet manifold, its attached to the black injector-housing/tb-housing box...
remove the box for easier reach & then remove the red vac-tube from the box & bung the box where it came from.
You could leave it, it doesnt really matter I suppose!

Why bother with a K&N panel?
Get a Pipercross one - cheaper to buy and will cost less in the long run due to lasting three times as long.
