Hi guys and gals,
I need some advice regards chamber settings of my front wheels.
Currently my front wheels like the front wheels of a formula 1 car.
What can i do to make them straight again cause my wheels get uneven tyre wear.
thanks

bring it down to a garage that does 4 wheel lazer alignments and they will be able to get your angles spot on

i dont think he means tracking guys, he means camber i.e inside of the wheels have more pressure on the ground than the outside... to my knowledge its very hard to adjust camber...?

yes thats right Korsa. thats my problem. i have spoken to mechanics and they told me to replace the springs as they are too low. they said i've must have lowered the car 60mm, which is too much. my rims are 15inch with 195/45 tyres and they do rub sometimes with the mudgaurd. camber setting is inexistant on a corsa.

you'll need some adjustable camber bolts from demon tweeks to adjust the camber... or jus file out the top hole where the strut bolts to the hub

Yeah, there's no adjustement built in for camber from Vauxhall. Either buy adjustable top mounts as said above, or settle for extra tyre wear with superb cornering...

Nope no adjustment as std. Options are as follows...
re-drill the top two holes in the turret to a more outwards location - only by 5-6 mm though (not really the best option)
Elongate the damper to hub knuckle TOP bolt holes on the damper, use a file. This allows you to slide the bolt along to adjust camber but you can only do this if your dampers have enough metal on the lugs to still make it safe.
Buy some eccentric topmounts which allow full adjustment of camber but they are solid billet alloy so mean you feel the road a little more.

You have more confidence driving around corners which you are not closest to the outside, ie the right hand ones.. thus you put more pressure on the left front, I get this..
