Going to do the boost/fuel tweak but need some answers first.... Help please!!!

1. Actuator. What is it??? Is it the wastegate???

2. The actuator pipe where you should put the bleed valve. How thick it is??? Is it 4 mm or 6 mm??? A guy is making me some kind of a bleed valve so I have to know the exact pipe diameter and my car isnīt home so I canīt measure it.

Please, can someone answer this asap!!!!!!!!
