when taking this off, does anything need replacing when putting it back on afterwards?

i want to invest in another rocker cover to polish up.

should just be a new rockercover gasket for you

not like me wher I also have to replace the inlet manifold gasket & other shit

you may have to wash your hands afterwards and if you run out of soap, that'll need replacing
