Anyone know of any repair places and a rough price for this kinda repair?? Thanks

aye, there are ways to repair the cone but only to a certain extent - personally i would get another one or claim on insurance etc etc
eitherway, make sure you use loads of velco on the box or if you can, bolt it to the car

no wont work, the cone is stiff, put a hole in it it will flex and the sound will be nastily distorted.
Recone is the only option or get a new sub sorry mate.

You could attempt JB welding it from both sides, have you got enough room on the basket side of the sub to stick a piece of wood while you JB weld or Aryldyte over it?
Ive done it before and its worked a treat.
