there was no green wire in there,then a fella told me you have to run it from the altenator.

negative.. it needs to read to pulse that the ignition coil puts to ground as a signal... it also needs its own live and its own earth

so i go red to red,black to black and green to a -ve?
and i get these 3 wires from the ignition coil mate?

Green- negative terminal on ignition coil
Red- any ignition live (behind the clocks is black , fine from here)
Black- any Earth (brown behind the clocks)

right side of engine bay, bout the size of a coke can with a wire coming out going to the dizzy cap (on the end of the engine)

gona try wire in some clocks with a rev counter you see and ther is no green wire in my ls so im stumped,il have a look!
