can any1 shed any light!! there is a slight knocking from the front nearside wheel!! it doesent sond like a cv boot or joint does any1 no what it is???

speaking lol i have just had the wheel off its def the bearing but now i have lost my power steering what is going oni have done the bearing up a little and the knocking has stoped the squeaking is still there HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
