I'm away in January through to April for Snowboarding....
March is when my MOT is due - i am in America but my car will have tax and insurance.
Can i just not MOT it as long as it isn't driven - just garaged for example? If so, do i have to notify anyone and how do i then MOT it when i come back? iirc its legal to drive a car without MOT if your going to the station for testing.....
Any help on this would be great and the reason for doing this is i have a few things on it which probably wont pass and will require me to take action on

As long as its insured... you can drive to mot station, and only to the mot station for a pre-booked mot. You don't get penalised for having a none motted car in storage no, only if its on the road
