Basically , when i have the key out it doesnt do it, when i turn the key so the dash lights , light up i hear a noise like something is spinning then it stops then goes again...
ANy ideas ?

You sure its not the fuel pump primimg up rob?

Could be but i dunno what that sounds like  , would that noise carry on though if it was ... ?
Cause it like makes a noise like something spinning or something then stops, then does it again, but i dunno if all cars do this as i dont have another to compare with

You turn the ignition and there's like a high pitched whirr/whistle - usually fuel pump priming up.

Makes a bit of a clicking noise aswell i think i cant try it now cause the battery is dead

is it a constant clicking? or one click? could be the fuel pump relay

Its like a spinning noise then a faint click at the end ... then stops then goes again, as soon as i turn the key to third position it stops...
