You should have got the longer bolts with the spacer. It's not rocket science though is it. The length of the long bolts is the length of the standard bolts + the thickness of the spacer.

I'd rather have the bolts before i rip the engine out and then have to wander about looking for them on buses and suchlike

if the spacer is the same as the ones used in my kit then you need 3 M12x90mm bolts.

3 and a half inches from base of the nut bit theres a washer included in that too a few mm thick
