for a 1996 1.4 16v sport

2 pin plug to plug in somewhere near the air filter (<--- possibly)

plastic tube with two wires going to it with the connector coming off

apparently it comes from the ecu through the bulkhead and then splits into two

I think its the Mass Airflow Sensor, does it go into the intake pipe?

no airflow meter on a 1.4 16v engine.

even if there was, it certainly aint 2 pin.

I always thought the X14XE had a map sensor and not a mass airflow sensor?
