Is now cured.
I bought a Antec heatsink/fan and its dropped my CPU temp from 61'c idle to 50'c idle. The fan is actually smaller than my old CoolerMaster sink/fan which ran at 2750RPM - the new one runs at 4500rpm and is only a tiny bit noisier (but noise isnt an issue for me really)
CPU was only at 54'c under 85% load so an all round improvement for me.

No, only because I used the supplied 'Thermal Pad' even I know that their not too great but i'll change it in a 6 months or so with some Dow Corning.

Nah - not overclocked - not worth it - dont think I would be able to make a noticeable change to my system anyway as its only an Athlon XP1800+

How is it?
I'm overcloked by about 600mhz, fsb turned up quite a bit.
It makes it much faster.
