I have a Samsung WS28A116D TV, and I am thinking of purchasing a multi-region DVD player.

As Region 1 is NTSC, does this mean I can watch these types of DVDs with my TV? Because in that spec page, it refers to two types of NTSC; "NTSC 3.58" and "NTSC 4.43, VIT", the latter being the one it supports.

So does this mean if I bought a multi-region DVD player, that I would be able to watch Region 1 DVDs on that TV without any problems?
