Hi, im not actually looking to remove the rear springs, just the seats that they sit on, so how do i drop down the bit where the springs sit on to remove it ?

Thanks Rob

put car up on axel stands..

put jack under center of rear beam.. but dont jack it up to much... just enough to support the beam..

loosen the bolts that hold the shocks to the rear beam... theres one of each side...

let the jack down..

use axle stands on the jacking points, and then use the jack to lift the rear beam back up, to make it easier to get the bolts out. it will become apparent why when you do it. then once the bolts are out, lower the jack and the rear beam should lower down quite far, and the springs should come out

easy peasy
