Hello,
Where i work we have just got a new junior technician and he uses the internet alot on his pc when he's meant to do work. we've told him not to use it etc, but its obvious he still is as when you walk near him he's clicking fast to get rid of the window.
Q:
Is there a pogram or some sort of setting to allow limited time usage of the internet and then not allow any connections once gone over time limit? we dont have a proper sever or anything as we are only a small company.
We are allowed to use the net during lunch hour - anytime between 12 & 3.
Any help will be appreciated.

Does he need to use the network at all, when he's working? Or can he do without a network connection completely?
If he can do his job without it, remove his network card......granted, he won't be able to use the net during his lunch, but that'd be a worthwhile punishment for breaking the rules outside of lunch-time?

How do you share the connection? Some routers support this but you might have to change your setup a lil bit.
