Unless they have pop3 you won't be able to.

According to premium services you do get pop3.
There will be a way to set it up.

Go to the Premium Services page, click 'create pop3' mail box, and set the password below. The servers to use are listed on the Premium Services page.
For SMTP you need to use your ISP's (smtp.tiscali.co.uk would be a good guess).

Tried that, won't work.
I went to premium services and create pop3 server, edited the password to an 8 figure password.
I filled in the rest of the boxes on the outlook create account. When i click to send a test e-mail it asks me for my password for mail.corsasport.co.uk
I put in the password and it asks me again
Confused!

What username are you using? Should be 'dean_w@corsasport.co.uk'. I've just tested your account and I can log in fine.

That's the one.
For the password, is it the same as the log in password for the site?

No, it's a seperate password that you set in the 'POP3 settings' of the Premium Services page.
