Right im buying a de-cat system for my 1.4 16v sport...Well its a full s/s system with the centre box still in and it has the CAT removed...Im wondering will it make my exhaust any louder which is what im after...And what about Performance...Ive been told to start with the exhaust system as i want to make my sport a little bit quicker....Then il get a viper,exhaust manifold,Inlet manifold..(Is this what i shud get)
And what is the Fine if i get pulled and get caught without a CAT as ive De-catted it....

fine is upto £500, ive had a de-cat on mine and it made no difference at all,

u probly wont get caught but u wont pass the emissions and its meant 2 add afew bhp giv or take

ive had a de-cat on my car for ages and its loud as hell as ive got no boxes at all apart from a piddly backbox from powerflow!!
