RIght got a pug 306 balljoint snapped last week so replaced it
but new balljoint on car, turned lefty righty make sure its all ok, BANG!
the thing decides to come out..
works on a nip nut set up which is as tight as it can possibly go..
wrong balljoint perhaps? guy gave me correct one for power steering model so cant think of what it possibly is...
i cannot understand y this thing keeps coming out..

sounds like you need to replace the hub mate it aint pulling tight enough anymore

get another ball joint and compare just in case but i think if the ball joint is right its new hub time mate

The nip bolt might not be holding the BB joint in on the groove??

watching a new hub on ebay finishes today and its at a tenner so far.. so will try that option... fuckin pugs lol

mate foned someone earlier, and its a common problem if the balljoint goes on a pug it fucks the hub at same time
got another hub coming in the next few days though..
