This wire pictured below which is on a conecter block between the engine loom and the car/starter loom in the donor what should it be connected to in the corsa?
sorry for the picture quality)
Also what pipes are there to connect on the 2.0l and where to.
Top and bottom hoses to the rad which is obvious.
Then theres 1 in the dizzy end of the head and 2 in the plastic pipe down the back of the block.
Presumably these go 2 to the matrix and 1 to the header tank bottom.
Does it matter which way round? What hoses do you use corsa or donor ones?
Any other pipes?

if its a 1 wire plug the it will prob be for the oil pressure switch or lamda sensor .. the pipe out the side of the head goes into the heater as does the one on the black platic pipe on the back of block (the one nearest the timing belt end of engine) the other goes to the bottle .. normally use the donor hoses and cut/modify to fit

theres also a small waterpipe which goes from the inlet manifold to the small outlet on the bottle and one from the top of the rad to the medium outlet on the bottle

Thanks for the water pipe info.
The wire is not oil prssure switch as it is on the car loom, and its not lambda sensor as the 2.0 is 4 wire lambda.
It is a single wire on single connecter, sure its black in colour, goes between the car andengine looms of the calibra near to the plastic injector plug/rail thing gearbox end!

The black wire in the picture is indeed the igntion feed to the engine loom. Will have to run one from inside the car!
