Got my laptop to work with my TV's

Im happy now....
Going to invest in a wireless keboard and mouse now so I can use it from the sofa

What is the quality/resolution like?

Quality/res is shocking, but thats to be expected with a TV!

But for watching D/L Films and TV shows the quality is ace

Just used a set of componant leads (red white yellow)

component leads comprise of Red, Green and Blue mate. The red white and yellow you are using are for both picture and sound (red and white being your audio connections)

Red, white and yellow phonos is composite.

Best to get a flat panel TV then the resolution will be better.
