Harro,
I'm looking into improving the cooling on my car, alot of people have suggested that I get another fan but put it on the other side of the rad blowing air in the other direction, why is this?

Get a bigger radiator from Regal. They sell copper ones which hold 4l more water. You could then fit 2x Pacet fans on the front of this and have them running constantly.

sure they dont mean have the fan behind the rad 'sucking' air through, and the fan in front 'blowing' the air through?

Think the rads go for £120. Saw them in Max Power a few months back...
I would go for having the fans in front of the rad because there isn't a lot of space on a 2.0 Corsa between the rad and the manifold. Hence recomending something slim like a Pacet

cant beat a proper custom job

quite a bit bigger, goess right across the front. i think all corsas have the mounting points on the bottom, just pop the rubber bung out and move it across.

you want a 1.4/1.6 16v aircon model rad, its about 20% bigger than the standard one
then get 2 12" spal fans, mount them on the front and have a switch inside the car, so you can turn them on when you want, and off for the winter

i have the aircon model radiator
its alot bigger than the standard one, goes right across the front of the car...so it may be the same as the diesel one, or at least the same size
