Hi, got a webcam here which was working fine til the other day? Now when i go to switch it on it says its disconnected. And when i try to reinstall it all it almost does it, but then says "code 28 - drivers for this device are not installed" then when i go to reinstall them it comes up the class installer has denied the request?

I have no clue when it comes to computers so does anybody have any ideas?

uninstall before re-installing

tried uninstalling it but at 1st it said it couldnt because windows needed it to start up. It uninstalled just there, but its still coming up "hardware cant be installed" and class installer has denied the request?

Its a creative webcam btw. not sure which model though?
