just how hard is it to change a cambelt on a 1.2 8valve? could somebody with a fair understanding of engines do it or is it a pro job?? cheers

You can DIY it, a 1.2 8v is one of the most simple engines to change the cambelt on in the Vauxhall range. It takes a fair bit of dismantling to do it. I would recomed getting a Haynes manual, readning it through and seeing if you are happy with doing the job.
