on my home pc cant get any websites to load BUT i can use and chat on msn

ive run a virus scan nothing, restored it to a week ago nothing and also cleared history etc HELP

fixed it it wasnt my pc it was ntl :@ dunno what happened i turned off the broadband box and then on and it works
