If i have someone blocked and they either try to mail me or send me an Offline message will they know im blocking them?

they will only know your online if you reply

How can he reply if he's blocked them, he'll never receive a message to 'reply' to. Also, i don't believe it lets you send messages to people who you've blocked.

on mine i still get messages recieved in 'offline' mode and if blocked
