Just want one for doing video's really, dont want to spend over 130 quid, has to be decentish, any suggestions ?

not gonna get anything decent, even ish, for 130 quid new....need to double that to get something so so (and even then it looks like crap). For 300 quid ish (ebay, 100 quid ish 2nd hand), you can pick up a sony handycam - picture quality is alright (lots of grain though), small and portable.
If you want something for new, for 130 quid i would stick to a decent mobile phone or stills camera as videocams around that price aren't even worth looking at.
like i said though, 2nd-wise you can pick up an old sony handycam, a few generations behind - would be your best option tbh
