Hi all, just a few questions directed to the ppl that have done the 2.0 conversion into a 3 pot engine (x10xe)
1. Do i need to change my clocks?
2. How do i get the speedo to work. (1.0 is electrical. F20 box is mechanical)
3. Do i have to route the tacho wire through the EPAS or can i just hook it up to the dash?

Why would you want to convert a 2.0 engine to a 1l ? I have a 1l at the moment, and i can say. If i had the choice i would much rather have the 2l

wonderboy what are you on about 
its obvious hes doin an xe conversion I Mean look at thread title.
I have my original clocks from my 1.0 on my 2.0 you need a speedo cable and transducer

To get the speedo working you nedd a transducer of an astra gte. plugs in to the f20 box and the wires match up to your standard ones.

my clocks are 1.2 n i didnt have a problem with mine or get sum 1.4sri they have rev counter.
