my OSF headlight (dipbeam) doesnt work with the bonnet closed......
any ideas?
as soon is i pop the bonnet open, it'll work....then continue working untill i turn the engine off.
oh, and theres no trapped wires - i also soldered on a new connector block trying to resolve the dilemma, but to no avail

is the bonnet touching the headlight lense?

tried many different bulbs andy...
dave, it was touching the lense...but i adjusted the rubber thingy upward on the bonnet...

if it was touching the lense it could be moving the light and causing the connector to move etc....
and your sig: yes you should

hmm, ill have a look when its light again, seriously pissing me off getting pulled over for haveing a headlight out...then when i pop the bonnet it works..
as for my sig im sending you a pm now.
