I had a really good contract with o2 but was in my dads name(got it when I was 15) I had to get new one in my name last year because I thought at 19 i should have it in my name so its not as good as what I had, but 02 contracts get better the longer you are with them from what I have experienced.

Thats the 7pm to 7am contract isnt it? I really want to be able to use it anytime. Contracts are so expensive for what you get!!

I was with 3 a few years ago and signal etc was so shite that i wouldnt risk going back.
What do mobile phone shops offer thats better than going direct to o2, orange etc?

I wouldnt say o2 was expensive i think they are best out the lot of them for cheap calls ect

Ive just been looking on their website. Their price plans seem very cheap but then after 3 months go back up to normal price which is pretty dear. What deal did/are you going for?

Mine was 18 month contract, half price for the first 8 months
But there are better deals on other handsets. Some are half price for all the contract
Nokia N80 for example

i was paying £40 a month on contract from 02 but got sick off constantly going over and getting £80+ bill
so as soon as the contract finished i got a free sim off their site and got 100 minutes and 100 txt a month free each month when topping up £10, i use my phone a little less now i work in an office but saves me £££'s each month

Again, I reckon 200 million customers would disagree with you
We also currently have the lowest contract churn in the UK

The only good thing about O2 is they are stupid cheap... but they make nothing as they are still trying to increase their customer base
