Never heard of it before

I now have a few music files in this format, Itunes doesn't seem to like it. Any ideas how I can solve this problem?

its a lossless compression ie: CD quality (unlikes mp3, wma etc). iTunes doesn't support it and it's unlikey it ever will (is a current petition going around for them to, but its unlikely). But you need to download the FLAC codec -> just google it and then you can use media player/winamp to play the tracks
