See when you take into account the petrol money expersed going back and forth to the shops replacing these fucked consoles, the PS3 actually costs half the price of a 360, just something to keep in mind.

2 trips to town. 4 miles each way
16 miles in a 1.2 litre corsa.
estimated about 2-3 quid?

Had my xbox since October, only issue I had was 1 dodgy TDU game disc...
PS3 has its fair share of issues too, and from what I've seen, quite a few more graphical glitches than anything else...
Wii has its issues...
big woo!

One problem with mine, MS sent UPS to pick it up and I got a working out back in a couple of days. No money out my pocket, and a very quick, hasslefree replacement.

i feel for that guy, there are people out there like him that go through several or more with each one breaking. makes me wonder though they could be unlucky, or they could be careless or thick in regards to how its setup.
what people really want to look at the is the total number of faulty 360s compared to the total number of 360s sold. i think its something like 3-5% failure rate which is pretty good

Well his were the very first ones and.. it says they were for his "video game center"
quote: They put the machines in their gaming center and had a virtual monopoly on the Xbox 360 in their town of 5,000 people. They stood to make a lot of money renting the machines for the local kids to play.
So probably a mixture of abuse, being switched on for hours and hours and hours, and the fact that they were the early ones.
