just wondering if my multipoint injection will fit on the X 14 SZ engine and if the cams are same on X 14 SZ to the C 14 SE

The inlet manifold will be completely different, and won't fit the X14SZ, no.

As robin said.
They are completely different engines.
You would need change the head, ecu, wiring loom etc.
The cam is different too.
