What more do you want me to do Bill Gates? This is seriously pissing me off now! Goes to Open and then spits its dummy out!
This is on an Xbox Live approved Netgear WGR614 v6 with the latest firmware connecting to the official XBox wireless reciever!
XBox is dedicated IP of 192.168.1.3
Port Forwarding settings added: (Note Port 3074 also opened but in use so not in table)
UPnP turned on:
But all of this should be irrelevant cos XBox is in DMZ
Driving me mad now, I can change any of these settings and NAT will go to 'Open', as soon as I turn my XBox off and back on goes back to 'Strict'
It always picks up its correct IP of 192.168.1.3

ITs the router not the xbox.
you cant have Upnp and DMZ at the same time, take it out of DMZ and tun port forwarding off as they interfere with Upnp.

Just downgraded to the older cerified firmware.
Its gone to Open but for how long......God knows!
