Sighs..... "i wish adam was like this flaccid...?"
Very nice area, reminds me loads of Docklands down here. They converted the old dock buildings into funky appartments and bars (very much like your harbour buildings). Only difference is theres no harbour area, just 50 storey buildings round it
Living near water is so cool, we nearly bought a place next to the docks in Chatham, but it ended up costing more, and was further away from work.
We make do with 2 ponds and a stream now, no boats or ships come down that though (we could do, gotta buy me a plastic boat )

the area is nice, come a long way over the years.... dread to think what it was like in the early 90's and earlier :/

1 thing about RC boats, make sure you have a LOT of battery, and a dingy to go get it when it has problems... (Donna used to have RC boats, and many trips into the lake to recover it )
Good place for it though as it'll be nice and calm.

Good pics
Looks very nice, like the old building the newer flats look like any other dockland developments.
Nice though
