How do i change the favorite icons back to standard icons Under IE 6 you used to delete all your internet files and they would disapear. I change them manually but they change back to the website defined ones

they will always reappear if the website has favicon set

They never used to in IE6..

ie6 was a bit crap, it was a gamble wether it read favicon properly, ie7 is more strict

Can it be disabled?

I know this can be done in Firefox but in my opinion Firefox is a bit poo.
