I voted o2 Mainly because of the Free Messages on the Genie Sims, I have to rotate between 7/8 sims a month for the free messages as i Use so many texts )

I badly need a contract phone I hear Orange do unlimited Texts for £30 + 'X' amount of minutes a month

O2 seems OK, however as is in-keeping with the majority of companies in the UK, customer service is abysmal!

Funny, I voted O2 yet have just taken out a contract with Orange.

They both have the same coverage in my area/places I go.

Orange just came up with the better deal when it came to signing a contract.

Altho, for PAYG I would choose O2.

I was always with O2 until i got a work phone on Orange, got a better reception in the office with O2 and customer services with O2 was always better, i got fucked about within 3 weeks with a broken screen on Orange. So O2 are probably best in my experience.

I called Orange because my N95 was faulty. Replaced it next day to my work address (even tho it's registered to home). Top service so far

Easily enough to cover my bonus

Pointless poll tbh... O2 will always win as they offer so many texts and at a cheaper price so youngsters will always prefer them... we make much more money than O2 anyhoo so cant say as it really bothers us mind, we are a good mix of customer service, quality and price

+ our network doesnt go down every few weeks unlike o2's!
